Celebrity Diner We were once visited by a member of the Royle family, when actor Ricky Tomlinson and a film crew called in the cafe for something to eat. They had been filming around Astley and Leigh for a TV documentary about the coal mining industry, called Disappearing Britain, which was first shown on Channel Five in early 2007.
